When are the exam dates?

The exam dates are at the end of the second (2nd) day of the cooking lab in Week 12 (Sunday April 2, 2017). There is no alternate date as this exam needs to be invigilated by certified individual(s) and is due on the specific set date.

You need to have completed all 13 modules in order to write the multiple choice exam online. You will have the option to print out a completion certificate that needs to be given to the PSW 164 teacher.

What if I fail the exam on my first attempt?
You must return to this page and purchase the BASICS.fst® Re-test Review Course, this must be completed before you can to write the exam again. Second and Third attempts can be purchased online only.

How many attempts can I have at the exam?
Three attempts in total are allowed.
